Good News to his fans, and bad news to NDLEA, he will be released, November 4th 2011. Justice Yetunde Idowu of the Lagos State High Court, Ikeja has granted the popular comedian bail for N500,000 with one surety in like sum.
The Judge has been said to have barred Suwe from travelling abroad, ordering the agency to hand over his international passport to the court's Chief Registrar or his deputy.
