Halima was said to have petitioned the Inspector general of Police few months ago to investigate the fraud.
In the petition, Abubakar accused of jim of deceiving her into acquiring 15% equity from his company, Untamed Records Limited and as soon as the money was paid into his account. he converted the money to his personal life and went shopping spree all around the world.
Funny enough this chap launched his clothing mall last weekend after he was arraigned. He has however pleaded not guilty to all charges and has granted bail on N500,000 with two sureties in like sum.
Case has been adjourned till Dec 9, 2011 for further hearing.
