PROMISE TONI

 Watch Out for this Dude!!! His name is Promise Toni...yep with the I and not the Y. So do not get it twisted...lol. Anyhow this young dude was born on the 13th of July 1986 to a family of seven children and he is is the fourth child and only the one rocking the MIC. He is from Mbaise part of Imo State. Promise Toni grew up in Lagos and started music from way back in secondary school freestyling the late Heavy D's songs in his first year and singing his own tunes with his friends in Secondary. He is a graduate of University of Nigeria Nsukka in 2008. All through his school days he was a showbiz figure in school performing and organizing shows. He formed a couple of musical groups in school which performed here and there. Promise grew up listening to the likes of Bob Marley, Erica Bahdu, Tracy Chapman, Akon, India Arie, but his major influences has been the Refugees and the Plantashun Boiz. Promise Toni is based in Abuja at the moment. I mean it when i say watch out for him, cause the way e go soon blow...hmmmm... #lips sealed#
