Picture of a Lifeless Baby Found In Lagos Canal

 Another baby was found abandoned in a Lagos canal. The aby who still had its umbilical cord is suspected to be about 3days old. The baby was found floating atop a canal located at Orisan Street, by Iyana bus stop, Ajangbadi, Lagos.

This is really wicked...
